Visited the Gosford store for the first time yesterday. I was looking for some decent raw food for our two newly adopted rescue dogs. The store is spotless, very well laid out and full of all sorts of items for a wide variety of pets. Staff acknowledged me on arrival and gave me some good advise re the type of food i was looking for. It was a really nice shopping experience and I will definitely be going back to them for my pet items and food for sure ! 😊

I ordered same day delivery this morning as I couldn't get out and was out of cats litter, which could have been very problematic......... My order was delivered literally a couple of hours later by a friendly, polite girl. Great service! Very happy customer and happy cats!

Wonderful customer service. The staffs are amazing here and ready and happy to help out in every way they can. I would go back to this place every time I need. The shop was closing at 4pm and I went there just 5 minutes before they were closing. The staffs were still very nice and keen to help. I didn’t have the exact name of the product I was looking for but I just gave them my contact and they were very helpful to find out what I bought last time and quick to get that for me.

I couldn’t recommend Pet Stock West Gosford enough! Every time we visit, we’re warmly welcomed and our pup Jet is always showered with cuddles and treats, and he absolutely loves it. We were lucky to attend the 5-week puppy school with Eddie, and she truly went above and beyond. The knowledge and support she gave not only helped Jet but also taught my partner and me how to be confident, capable dog owners. Jet wouldn’t be the well-behaved pup he is today without her! Jet also visits the Pet Stock Vet, and the care we’ve received has been incredible. The team always goes the extra mile, and the support and reassurance they give is beyond words. Thank you to the entire team at Pet Stock West Gosford, we’re so grateful for everything you do!

Petstock at Erina and Petstock at West Gosford I had occasional to call about a products availability at both stores on Saturday 10/1/26 At both stores I had THE most pleasant experience Staff members were MORE than helpful, friendly, informative and warm I cannot fault the service I received Not only that, Petstock Stores offer the BEST value products I paid under $30 for a 15kilo bag of cat-litter pellets Other local stores cost $40 or more for a similar product Thankyou Petstock for continued great staff, products and service.

I had a lovely experience at Petstock West Gosford. The team were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me, even carrying my bags of pet food out to the car which I really appreciated. They also gave my puppy a little pat and made her feel very welcome. Great service and a really kind team, thank you!

Love this store! They offer a recycling station for pet food packaging, which is so thoughtful and eco-friendly. I also really appreciate their cat adoption program — it’s clear that adoptions happen regularly and the cats are well cared for. The in-store vet team and Petstock staff are always friendly and kind.
